At Blue Sky Learning, our values of compassion, empathy, respect, inclusivity, lived experience, person-centered collaboration, and community are a part of everything we do. We are committed to cultivating respectful, neurodiversity-affirming practices that are compassionate and focus on expertise from folks with lived experience by centering neurodivergent voices. We support a community care model to continue to challenge neuronormativity. Our practice takes a collaborative approach where you are seen as the expert on your own experiences, and we bring our knowledge and skills to collaborate and work towards your goals.
As a team of neurodivergent-identified and allied therapists and coaches, we provide neurodiversity-affirming care that fosters an inclusive space where equity, diversity, accessibility, and well-being are prioritized. This includes being a Bursary for Students with Disabilities (BSWD) Service Provider to support students with disabilities.

We believe that coaching and counselling should be person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, collaborative, anti-oppressive, and holistic. This is why our coaches and therapists are trained in a number of different approaches and modalities that recognize each individual's unique ways of navigating the world.

Fun Fact About Blue Sky Learning
The name "Blue Sky Learning" and logo of a hot air balloon originate from the fact Dana Daniels, the founder of Blue Sky Learning, grew up near a hot air balloon route. As a kid, she would stop whatever she was doing and look up at the sky and pick which one she wanted to be in. This reminds her to look up every once in a while and take a moment to be completely in the present moment. ​
