I am committed to helping ADHD students achieve their academic goals without suffering burnout. With a Master's degree background in psychology, neuroscience, and experience in student mentoring, I have experience helping people address and manage symptoms effectively while also harnessing the many strengths that can accompany neurodiversity.

Beyond my academic background, I have worked in a welfare and harm-reduction charity, providing psychological and emotional support to people undergoing challenging experiences with drugs. This experience has equipped me with a nuanced understanding of addictive behaviours and a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to working with people who use drugs.

My approach is based on fostering resilience and creating a supportive environment tailored to your unique needs.

I'm passionate about supporting and destigmatizing the way people view and experience neurodivergence. My primary goals as a coach are to empower folks to recognize their intrinsic worth and building systems together to address the rest. I believe that everyone is sovereign and worthy of meaningful support, compassion and respect.

I have a diverse background in supporting and advocating for children, youth and families from varied levels of intersecting experiences and systemic marginalization. Should we walk this path together, you can expect to be treated with unconditional acceptance, patience and understanding.

I am a passionate and dedicated educational professional who enjoys supporting students to reach their fullest potential. With over 12 years of teaching, advising, and coaching experience, I aim to inspire others to think of “success” as a journey of self-discovery while gaining the tools to be resilient during setbacks and times of difficulty. I have worked in different educational settings locally and globally, including public schools, government-funded language programs, and post-secondary environments.

Currently, I am working as a learning strategist in a university setting helping undergraduate and graduate students with a wide range of academic study skills and course preparation strategies. My own lived experiences as a racialized person from an immigrant family and graduate studies in social justice, equity, and inclusion have also shaped how I understand and respond to the unique needs of diverse populations. I would be grateful for the opportunity to help you move forward in your learning journey and look forward to working together.

I am a certified primary, junior, and senior teacher in the Province of Ontario, where I have taught, supported, and mentored students at all stages of their academic journeys. As a teacher as well as a Student Success Coordinator, I am passionate about students achieving their academic goals. From learning the foundations of math to understanding phonics in elementary school to coaching learning skills in university, my goal has always been the same: to give students an exceptional student experience as a part of their learning journey. To me, student success has a different meaning to different students, and my goal is to help students define their own "student success" through student-centred and inclusive approaches.

I have a background in Psychology, International Education, and Curriculum Studies. I’ve also been a Student Success Coordinator for several years, supporting domestic and international students with their learning. A fun fact about me is that I have a goal to visit Canada’s national parks by the time I turn 35. I’m getting there!

I’m passionate about supporting each student in their individual path, and working with you to develop strategies that help you best get what you want out of education- with particular attention to neurodivergence/disability as it is experienced and lived with. I’ve worked for over a decade with neurodivergent/disabled students as young as 5, and ranging to students in post-secondary school.

I aim to support you in ways that are affirming, inclusive, individualized, and strengths focused to help you achieve and exceed your goals. My background is as an educator working with disabled students, and my current work as a PhD student is rooted in critical disability studies and intersectionality to think through educational solutions that empower neurodivergent folks, led by students themselves. I would be honoured to support you in academic strategies, humanities related subjects, graduate and/or program applications, and learning technologies.

The privilege I have had to witness students learn who they are and watch them grow into the person they want to be has always been the best part of the education system for me.

As the first one in my family to achieve a Masters degree, I know firsthand how important it is that we create spaces where learners can hone their strengths, challenge themselves, and reflect on their growth while simultaneously creating pathways to success.

My background in Psychology and Higher Education helps to inform high impact programming and holistic support for students.

I look forward to working with you on your lifelong path to student development and learning!

Supporting and guiding students to achieve their academic goals through individualized avenues is my highest priority. My passions remain in fostering safe and proactive environments where post-secondary students can grow professionally and personally at their own pace. I have dedicated my academic and professional career to working with students in early childhood and post-secondary settings with varying abilities, goals, and dreams and have had the privilege of watching them flourish. I have years of experience working in education in teaching, research, and administrative roles.

Currently, my work as a doctoral student is rooted in educational philosophy and ethics to explore experiences of difficulty and trauma in educational settings, particularly as they pertain to student’s explorations of selfhood. My goal is to offer diverse strength-based and person-oriented approaches that take into consideration your unique history, learning styles, and experiences and help you surpass you ambitions.

I am passionate about creating neurodiverse and neuro-queer affirming spaces. My work as an educator - from classrooms to colleges to kitchen parties to private violin lessons - has led me to believe two things:

1) there is no such thing as a bad brain, only unmet needs,

and

2) you are deserving of exploring what those needs are.

Let’s explore together with unconditional acceptance and curiosity as we explore how to build scaffolding for your continued growth.

My background in higher education, training and development, intercultural communication, and project management has given me years of experience working with students and professionals from all walks of life. As an Autistic ADHDer myself, I understand the classroom and workplace are not always neurodivergent-friendly and this motivates me to use my creative and pattern-recognition abilities as a catalyst for positive change. I believe that everyone deserves to and can become the fullest version of themselves and I am here to support and cheer you on along the way.

My special interest is ADHD and Autism, so I am always researching and learning more. My core values are authenticity, compassion, and holistic growth, which I weave into my coaching and consulting practices. I believe we are all worthy of belonging, doing meaningful work, and unconditional rest. I am also a first-generation Canadian-born child of immigrants, which has not only impacted how my neurodivergent traits show up but also how I've navigated work and school. I hope to share my experiences and learn from yours as we co-create ways for you to thrive.

Together, let's embark on a journey of discovery, transformation, and empowerment.
