I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with my own ADHD diagnosis and I understand the struggle and shame of living in a world that wasn’t built for neurodiversity. I also know through my work with others and myself that ADHD really means difference, not deficit or disorder. As you learn more about how your brain wiring works, you can begin to live within your strengths.
My role as a therapist is to support your discovery and growth in a safe and compassionate space. I partner with you as you gain awareness and acceptance of your unique experience and build on innate capacity. Together we work towards achieving your goals, doing well at work, thriving in your relationships, and finding peace within yourself. My goal for my clients is for you to create a healthy self-image, confidence, and a clear vision for a future with meaning, balance, and purpose.

Supporting neurodivergent youth, adults, parents, and anyone navigating grief, identity, or burnout.
I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD therapist, a parent of grown autistic children, and I’ve worked in education for over two decades. I know what it’s like to move through systems that weren’t designed for you, or your child. Our voices are often muted in those spaces, and we’re expected to fit in rather than flourish as our authentic selves. I understand how exhausting and isolating that can be.
I work with neurodivergent youth and adults, students who are overwhelmed, parents who are managing their children’s needs, creatives who feel blocked, and people moving through grief, burnout, or life transitions. Some of my clients are reconciling their identity after a late diagnosis. Others are just trying to get through the week without unravelling.
My practice is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQ2S+ affirming.
I draw from approaches like somatic therapy, IFS, narrative work, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, but what matters most is attending to what you need. I work at your pace, with attention to safety and clarity. Whether we’re navigating systems, grief, identity, or creative blocks, I’ll meet you there with care and curiosity.
If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d be glad to connect.

As a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), I have extensive experience working with individuals with ADHD and also have lived experience. This personal insight has driven me to develop a deeper understanding of the unique gifts & challenges ADHD presents.
ADHD-focused therapy could be helpful to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and related trauma.
When you implement and integrate the practices to calm your nervous system, you will feel energized, confident, and able to engage more fully as you manage your day-to-day life. This decrease in overwhelm will create the space you need to fulfill your potential as you generate the results you desire.
As your therapist, I draw from evidence-based theories for growth and change. On our journey together, I will help you make meaning and find purposeful direction. In doing so we will create a compassionate, culturally responsive space through presence, relationship, and self-acceptance.
