As a non-binary AuDHDer and a member of a large, queer, neurodivergent family, my lived experience has made me passionate about supporting wonderful weirdos like me. Growing up, my house was always the place my friends came when they were questioning their identities and needed a safer space to talk to someone who had shared struggles and gotten through them. My goal is to provide that same space for you, as a peer mentor, a creative solutions-maker, and an empathetic ear!
My passion for creating safe and growth-focused spaces has also led me to a 10+ year career caring for neurodivergent kids, working with individuals and families to find creative solutions to unique problems, and encouraging resilience and self-expression at any age.
I strive to foster an environment that is trauma-informed, feminist, anti-oppression and collaborative. I strongly believe in the power of building community and asking "How do we navigate the relationship between our needs, our world, and making the most of resources available to us?"
My special interests include: gender & neurodivergence, child development and teaching self-advocacy, and the nervous system functions of ADHD and Autism.
I'm excited to meet you and find out how I can best be a support in your life!

I am an AuDHDer and a queer, white settler currently residing on unceded Cree land in Amiskwaciy-Wâskahikan (Edmonton), Alberta.
I primarily work with adults of all ages and have a particular passion for supporting those who've been late-diagnosed or are self-realized in their neurodivergence.
Your neurodivergent traits are not character flaws, and you are deserving of meaningful support, compassion and respect. My primary intentions as a coach are to empower folks to recognize their intrinsic worth, destigmatize the way they view and experience their neurodivergence and build helpful systems together to address the rest, with a little humour along the way.
Some of my special interests include: astrology, tarot & spirituality, nervous system regulation, art & creativity, sensory enrichment and organizing other people's houses.
I have a diverse background in supporting and advocating for children, youth, and families from varied intersecting experiences and systemic marginalization. Should we walk this path together, you can expect to be treated with unconditional acceptance, patience, and understanding.
I'm looking forward to meeting you!

I’m passionate about supporting each student in their individual path and working with you to develop strategies that help you best get what you want out of education—with particular attention to neurodivergence/disability as it is experienced and lived with. I’ve worked for over a decade with neurodivergent/disabled students as young as 5 and ranging to students in post-secondary school.
I aim to support you in ways that are affirming, inclusive, individualized, and strengths-focused to help you achieve and exceed your goals. My background is as an educator working with disabled students, and my current work as a PhD student is rooted in critical disability studies and intersectionality to think through educational solutions that empower neurodivergent folks, led by students themselves. I would be honored to support you in academic strategies, humanities-related subjects, graduate and/or program applications, and learning technologies.

My background in higher education, training and development, intercultural communication, and project management has given me years of experience working with students and professionals from all walks of life. As an Autistic ADHDer myself, I understand the classroom and workplace are not always neurodivergent-friendly, and this motivates me to use my creative and pattern-recognition abilities as a catalyst for positive change. I believe that everyone deserves to and can become the fullest version of themselves, and I am here to support and cheer you on along the way.
My special interest is ADHD and autism, so I am always researching and learning more. My core values are authenticity, compassion, and holistic growth, which I weave into my coaching and consulting practices. I believe we are all worthy of belonging, doing meaningful work, and unconditional rest. I am also a first-generation Canadian-born child of immigrants, which has not only impacted how my neurodivergent traits show up but also how I've navigated work and school. I hope to share my experiences and learn from yours as we co-create ways for you to thrive.
Together, let's embark on a journey of discovery, transformation, and empowerment.
