With over eight years of experience in higher education and a Master of Education, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my role as an Academic Coach. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where university and college students feel safe to ask questions, explore their strengths, and build confidence in their academic journey.
I support students as they navigate the unique challenges of post-secondary life—whether that’s adjusting to new academic expectations, balancing competing priorities, or developing personalized strategies that help them thrive. My background in academic advising has shown me how powerful one-on-one support can be, especially when it encourages growth, resilience, and self-compassion.
My own path through education shapes how I support others. I worked throughout my undergrad and grad school while also managing familial responsibilities, which gave me a deep appreciation for the juggling act so many students face. That experience taught me how to manage my time, persevere through setbacks, and lean on support when needed—lessons I now use to help students optimize their experience.
As someone with ADHD, I understand how challenging it can be to stay focused, meet deadlines, and navigate systems that don’t always reflect how you learn best. I’ve felt the pressure and self-doubt. That’s why academic coaching is so meaningful to me—I’m not just here as a coach, but as someone who truly gets it.
At the heart of my work is a simple goal: to help students feel seen, supported, and empowered.

With a background dedicated to advocating for underprivileged communities, I worked closely with women affected by intimate partner violence, helping them achieve both short- and long-term goals, discover their strengths, and navigate daily challenges with resilience.
As a late-diagnosis autistic ADHDer myself, I recognize that each person’s journey with ADHD and autism is unique, shaped by individual strengths, challenges, and experiences. My personal insights into the neurodivergent experience help me approach your unique experiences with curiosity and a genuine understanding of the importance of finding personalized strategies that honor one’s identity while fostering growth, resilience, and self-compassion.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where we can explore what works best for you and build confidence in your unique identity, free from judgment and filled with encouragement. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on this journey.

I am an AuDHDer and a queer, white settler currently residing on unceded Cree land in Amiskwaciy-Wâskahikan (Edmonton), Alberta.
I primarily work with adults of all ages and have a particular passion for supporting those who've been late-diagnosed or are self-realized in their neurodivergence.
Your neurodivergent traits are not character flaws, and you are deserving of meaningful support, compassion and respect. My primary intentions as a coach are to empower folks to recognize their intrinsic worth, destigmatize the way they view and experience their neurodivergence and build helpful systems together to address the rest, with a little humour along the way.
Some of my special interests include: astrology, tarot & spirituality, nervous system regulation, art & creativity, sensory enrichment and organizing other people's houses.
I have a diverse background in supporting and advocating for children, youth, and families from varied intersecting experiences and systemic marginalization. Should we walk this path together, you can expect to be treated with unconditional acceptance, patience, and understanding.
I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Although I am a third-generation teacher on my maternal side of the family, I am also a first-generation master's degree holder in education. Being a first-generation South Asian Canadian cis-gendered woman, I know what it feels like to feel confused about my place and role in certain social settings just by navigating my own intersectionality in various ways. I resonate with not being seen or heard and what it feels like to be brushed aside because in certain places my personal, professional, and academic identity was misunderstood and/or misrepresented. That is why I believe that building relationships is vital in order for me to truly help anyone with their goals.
I invite consultations of neurodivergent individuals in the BIPOC community, and I also serve as an ally for neurodivergent queer individuals. I truly value the process of learning and unlearning, as it can keep us thinking critically and foster better relationships, but also assist in avoiding stagnancy. Whether you are a student, switching careers, struggling to organize and keep up with life, I have experience in working with and supporting neurodivergent students, neurodivergent individuals undergoing career changes and who need support with AuDHD/ ADHD coaching in executive functioning.
My goal as an educator and coach is to ensure I foster culturally responsive and reflective relationships with BIPOC individuals (as I am a member in this community) and as an ally for queer individuals. My hope is to always create a safe space to allow individuals to advocate for themselves and take control of their personal, professional, and academic lives.
Some fun facts about me, I was once an athlete myself (specifically I played Rugby and Basketball). I am also an extreme foodie, I love cooking new recipes and trying out new restaurants- wherever there is food, I am there!
I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals.

With a background in disability advocacy and coordination at a variety of institutions of higher education, I have had the pleasure of connecting with students in various ways. I find my joy in creating safe spaces to break down barriers, question processes, and find creative techniques to support neurodivergent spiciness in a neurotypical world.
I have experience working with high school, university, and non-traditional students with diagnoses of all types. Through my experiences, I have created a curriculum based around learning strategies, executive functioning skills, and student leadership and advocacy. I bring this knowledge and more into coaching through a social justice and strength-based lens.
My goal as a support system is to empower you to take up space, learn to develop your skills, and set and achieve your goals. I look forward to working with you through this piece of your journey!

I’m passionate about supporting each student in their individual path and working with you to develop strategies that help you best get what you want out of education—with particular attention to neurodivergence/disability as it is experienced and lived with. I’ve worked for over a decade with neurodivergent/disabled students as young as 5 and ranging to students in post-secondary school.
I aim to support you in ways that are affirming, inclusive, individualized, and strengths-focused to help you achieve and exceed your goals. My background is as an educator working with disabled students, and my current work as a PhD student is rooted in critical disability studies and intersectionality to think through educational solutions that empower neurodivergent folks, led by students themselves. I would be honored to support you in academic strategies, humanities-related subjects, graduate and/or program applications, and learning technologies.

My background in higher education, training and development, intercultural communication, and project management has given me years of experience working with students and professionals from all walks of life. As an Autistic ADHDer myself, I understand the classroom and workplace are not always neurodivergent-friendly, and this motivates me to use my creative and pattern-recognition abilities as a catalyst for positive change. I believe that everyone deserves to and can become the fullest version of themselves, and I am here to support and cheer you on along the way.
My special interest is ADHD and autism, so I am always researching and learning more. My core values are authenticity, compassion, and holistic growth, which I weave into my coaching and consulting practices. I believe we are all worthy of belonging, doing meaningful work, and unconditional rest. I am also a first-generation Canadian-born child of immigrants, which has not only impacted how my neurodivergent traits show up but also how I've navigated work and school. I hope to share my experiences and learn from yours as we co-create ways for you to thrive.
Together, let's embark on a journey of discovery, transformation, and empowerment.

I am a certified primary, junior, and senior teacher in the Province of Ontario, where I have taught, supported, and mentored students at all stages of their academic journeys. As a teacher as well as a Student Success Coordinator, I am passionate about students achieving their academic goals. From learning the foundations of math to understanding phonics in elementary school to coaching learning skills in university, my goal has always been the same: to give students an exceptional student experience as a part of their learning journey. To me, student success has a different meaning to different students, and my goal is to help students define their own "student success" through student-centered and inclusive approaches.
I have a background in Psychology, International Education, and Curriculum Studies. I’ve also been a Student Success Coordinator for several years, supporting domestic and international students with their learning. A fun fact about me is that I have a goal to visit Canada’s national parks by the time I turn 35. I’m getting there!

I am dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving their goals through personalized, strength-based pathways. My passion lies in creating safe, proactive environments that empower individuals to grow personally and professionally at their own pace. I take a trauma-informed approach to my work, ensuring that each person’s unique history, experiences, and learning styles are central to the support I provide.
Throughout my academic and professional career, I have worked extensively with children, families, and adults across therapeutic and educational settings, fostering their growth and witnessing their success. My years of experience have been grounded in a commitment to equity, compassion, and individualized care.
Currently, my doctoral research is rooted in philosophy and ethics, exploring the intersections of difficulty, trauma, and selfhood within educational settings. This work informs my practice, allowing me to tailor approaches that respect and honor the complexity of each person’s journey.
My ultimate goal is to guide individuals in exceeding their ambitions while fostering resilience, growth, and a sense of agency.
