ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Hey, I’m Eliana, and I’m excited to meet you. I’m multiply neurodivergent and a proud ADHDer with more than 10 years of experience supporting neurodivergent people in work, school, and community contexts.
I graduated with a 3.96 CGPA from the University of Toronto, majoring in Psychology and Peace, Conflict, and Justice, and was awarded over 80k in scholarships for academic merit and leadership participation throughout my university career.
But it really wasn’t easy - I even considered dropping out after going through a really bad burnout and feeling like I was navigating systems not designed for me. What helped me most was meeting a mentor with ADHD who helped me learn how to work with my brain instead of against it and figure out systems that actually met my needs. So I know firsthand how helpful it can be to finally stop feeling alone in your journey and have someone say, “We can figure things out together,” and mean it.
I believe deeply that there is no one right way to think, behave, or exist. So I’ll do my best to meet you where you’re at, be curious about you, and take the time to really understand your context. That way, we can brainstorm possibilities, try out different tools, and see what’s actually effective in helping you get unstuck and grow in the ways you care about.
If you’re struggling: I don’t believe that you’re lazy or that you just need more discipline. I’ll never tell you to “just get a planner”. What I will do is work with you to figure out how to create supportive contexts and systems that will help you get closer to meeting your goals - using a blend of lived experience, wisdom gained from being in community with neurodivergent people, and evidence-based tools backed by peer-reviewed research.
If you’re considering entrepreneurship, I’m also happy to help there. I’ve founded a non-profit, trained 1000+ leaders on accessibility, and built an app that helps neurodivergent people find community and mentorship.
In my free time, I love hiking, learning about people’s niche interests, and having new experiences with old and new friends. Fun fact: my personal favourite ADHD strategy is regular body doubling calls with friends :)
